Comprehensive Community PlanThe goal of the Comprehensive Community Plan is a reduction in morbidity and mortality caused by alcohol and other drugs. Each year, the Partnership releases a Request for Proposals to our community. Any organizations or agencies in St. Joseph County who provide services that support our goals and align with the Comprehensive Community Plan are invited to apply. Our prevention goals include: expanding non-use and reducing use of alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drugs, increasing the level of perceived risk of harm of use, and increasing perceptions of disapproval by parents and friends. To see if your organization's services and programs align with our goals, review our Comprehensive Community Plan.
